No Right Turn on Red Light

Recently the city of Regina has put sign of "No Right Turn on Red Light"  at two intersection: 1.    Albert and Gordon intersection:  Traffic approaching from the south side on Albert Street must not turn right on the red light to Gordon Road. 2.   Broad and Saskatchewan Dr. intersection:  Traffic approaching from south of Broad Street must not turn right on the red light from 3 pm to 6 pm.
